- Programme consists of 60 bottles + 4 complimentary bottles
- There are 3 stages of cleansing during the 12 days period to help individuals adapt to the cold-pressed juices before Shaping Up:
- (1) Pre-Shaping Up consists of 2 phases complement with a light diet:
- 1st phase to take 3 bottles a day for 3 days
- 2nd phase to take 6 bottles a day for 3 days
- (2) Shaping Up to take 10 bottles a day for 3 days as a meal replacement
- (3) Post-Shaping Up to take 3 bottles a day for 1 day and 2 bottles a day for 2 days complemented with a light diet
